Shirley Hoe holds a Masters of Science degree in Technology Management from the University of Staffordshire, UK. She is also a certified Microsoft Trainer (MCT) and Systems Engineer (MCSE) for the past 7 years. Most of her 14 years working experience are both comprehensive and varied, particularly in the training and IT industry specializing in networking, security and audit compliance, field services, call centre and also in problem and change management.
Currently she is attached to a multi-national company, managing the IT Operations and the Quality Management teams in the company. She has designed the Operator’s training system, quality manuals and taught the Supervisory Development Program, Seven QC Tools, Lean Six Sigma and Time Management.

Being a natural speaker and communicator that she is, Shirley continues to practice training and consulting in management and human development, particularly in areas related to TQM, IT Audit and general quality improvement. She is also very intensively involved in process improvement and deployment especially in problem and change management and constantly coming up with best practice methods for service support and service delivery.
She has been instrumental in coaching hiring managers in conducting screening and full-blown interviews through the training and personal coaching.
Course participants have found her participative and interactive delivery and approach to instruction, very interesting and effective. This has been reflective in every end-of-course evaluation.
She is also constantly sought after speaker in motivation for voluntary organisations and youth development programs. She has provided voluntary services as speaker and team leader for the World Youth Day 2006 in Germany and will be serving in the World Youth Day in Sydney this year.
